A National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is required to verify professional access to ViiV Healthcare support. Healthcare professional accounts must be registered with a valid NPI.
Clinic staff member accounts must be linked to a registered HCP account before clinic staff members can print and request HLA-AWARE™ CERTIFICATES on behalf of the HCPs they support.
Please tell us which type of account you would like to create:
Healthcare Professional
Clinic Staff Member
Please Verify:
Is PROVIDER NAME the provider you are trying to register?
If you are registering for the HLA-AWARE™ Program, please note this program is not available in Vermont at this time.
Please select the healthcare professional's account you'd like to join.
Don’t see the healthcare professional you’re looking for? Please check to make sure you have entered the HCP's information correctly.
If you’re still seeing an error, please notify the HCP. The HCP will need to contact the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) for assistance. ViiV Healthcare does not control and cannot amend information in the NPI database.
